The meditation training is meant for everyone who wants to gain a deeper understanding of meditation. During this journey you will learn the skills which will enable you to practise meditation in your daily life.

Central issues meditation training

The meditation exercises involved aim at leading you to a deeper understanding of yourself. The following exercises will be practiced:

• Learning to relax
• Becoming more aware of your breathing
• Concentration exercises
• Practicing silence and inner awareness
• Working with visualization techniques

You will discover that meditation is an adventure offering you many experiences and enabling you to find a deeper inner harmony. The teachers are but your travel guides who will be ready to support you when necessary.

Practical information meditation trainer

Meditationtraining is given in three different periods of three days by Maria Majoor (see agenda). After three courses one receives a certificate as meditationtrainer. During the schooling period you will organise your own meditation group at home to learn how to teach your friends to meditate.

There are special qualified SIO - meditationtrainers active in their own region.
